CappingAlpha LLC ("CappingAlpha," "we," "us") operates a sports betting intelligence website that ranks, scores, and tracks daily picks. We are based in the United States and our audience is primarily United States residents who are 18 or older.
We do not knowingly collect financial account numbers, government identifiers, or sensitive personal information, and we ask that you not send them to us.

We do not record the contents of input fields, and payment details are entered only on Stripe's secure checkout, never on our pages. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us (see Section 13).
We keep account information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Site. We keep analytics and log data for a limited period for analysis and security. We keep billing records as required for tax and accounting. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including password hashing, encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is intended only for people who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
